So you already have your own private tropical island and giant-sized personal luxury yacht … how do you take things to the next level? Why, you combine the two into a portable slice of floating paradise, of course!

Somewhere between crazy and kitsch, this monster of the sea features its own miniature volcano, flowing waterfall, mountain stream, and valley pool flanked by a series of small bamboo huts and shelter-providing palm trees, all set upon (and concealing) a cruise-ship-style deck.

For adults looking for a little more reality on their oceanic voyage, an extendable deck can be deployed belowdecks via a fold-down hatch in the hull; this opening revealing stairs leading to shelters, seating and other detachable smaller sea-faring vessels for short off-ship excursions.

“This view shows the guest cabanas nestled around the pool and highlights the two deck owners’ suites carved out of the front of the volcano and looking out across the bow. The interior features an owners suite located inside the volcano and spread over two decks. The living room balcony affords views out over the front of the yacht from behind the waterfall. Located behind the bedroom is the owners private spa.”

But YI Designs is not quite done yet – they propose to build the ultra-rich vessels they have yet to dream of, if they have the wealth to afford them. Concepts include a remake of the streets of Monaco, a Chinese sailing ship and a kind of abstracted Taj Mahal on the water.

Insane? Perhaps, but if there is a market, who knows – these may actually be constructed some day. “‘The Streets of Monaco’ is our first design proposal. The theme is based around the Mediterranean principality with the primary focus being the famous grand prix circuit.”

“The idea was to recreate the circuit as a fully functional kart track able to accommodate three karts side by side to allow for plenty of overtaking. The Monaco story extends beyond this exterior architecture and into the interior spaces giving a seamless transition as guests move between the various areas of the yacht.”

Talk about pulling out all of the stops on something … this designer drive-anywhere house seems to have it all. The trailer portion is build like a bus, while the front looks like the driving portion of an articulated truck and the interior … well, it resembles neither in the least: a plush luxury pad you might want to live in full time instead of simply on the road.

A-cero is probably best known for their high-end custom home designs, modular architecture and unique approach to each project. All of these carry over in various ways to this hybrid mobile home concept.

If you think about it, the elements make sense: you want the robust build of a big rig to haul you through any road conditions, the capacity-maximizing shape of a commercial bus and the interior of a luxurious contemporary condo.

Pop-outs on the sides are nothing new either, but as an added element help to expand available space when parked. A car-parking component is also conventional when it comes to pricey mobile homes, but a drive-in-the-back feature may beat the side lift when it comes to simplicity (not to mention Knight-Rider-style high-speed escapes!).

How to Read Eye Movements

For the majority of the population, the map above indicates what kind of imaginative process is going on in someone’s brain when their eyes point in a particular direction.

NOTE: This is for right handed people only. For left-handers, simply switch left and right!

This doesn’t work for everyone, but try it out on your friends and you’ll be surprised at how accurate this model really is…

Up-Left: Visual Construct (Vc)

Indicates that a person is imagining a visual image.

Sample question: What would President Barack Obama look like if he was white?

Up-Right: Visual Recall (Vr)

Indicates that a person is remembering a visual image that they have seen in the past.

Sample question: What hairstyle did you have in the 3rd grade?

Left: Auditory Construct (Ac)

Indicates that a person is imagining (creating) a sound in their mind.

Sample question: Try to create a new, original theme song for Harry Potter in your head.

Right: Auditory Recall (Ar)

Indicates that a person is attempting to remember a specific sound.

Sample Question: How did that one MGMT song, ‘Time to Pretend,’ sound?

Down-Left: Kinesthetic (K)

Indicates when a person is recalling a smell, feeling or taste. Anything besides and image or a sound.

Sample Question: How does a Sour Warhead taste?

Down-Right: Auditory Internal Dialogue

Indicates when a person is talking to themselves…inside their head.

This could be any form of internal dialogue or when someone this thinking hard about something.

How is this information useful to you?

1) To gain insight into what others are thinking about!

For example, if you see someone looking down-right, you could recognize the internal dialogue and ask them what they are thinking about. Or if you see someone looking up to the right or left, you could ask what they are trying to remember.

2) Detect lies!

If you ask your (person in your life) where he/she was last night and they look to the left, you know that they are constructing an answer, not remembering one! Hence they are lying.

3) Disguise your own thoughts!

Know that you know what directions you should be looking in, work on being able to control your directions so that you can manipulate how others read you.
